To better service your sunless equipment, please review and complete the below form. An Equipment Repair form must be submitted in order for us to service your sunless equipment. Once submitted, a Sjolie Representative will be in contact within 24-hours.
This form is purely to repair, clean, and ship back the same equipment you sent to us. If you are looking to return your equipment for a refund, or to replace with a new piece of equipment, you’ll need to fill out a different form located here.
