Shipping F.A.Q.

  • Domestic Orders (within United States of America) are shipped Monday – Friday from 8AM – 3PM PST.  Certain holiday hours may apply.
  • Most orders will ship same day; however, in busier months, please expect a 1-2 day processing time before your shipment leaves the Sjolie facility.
  • Monday’s are a high volume shipping day for Sjolie. Please allow 1-2 processing days for orders placed on a weekend or Monday. Orders accumulated on these days will be shipped in the order they’ve been received. For Example, if you’ve placed an order on Saturday-you can expect to receive a tracking # no later than Tuesday evening.

Equipment, Machine and Kit Orders:

Sjolie houses minimal stock of Equipment and Machines. You can expect a 3-5 day processing time before your item ships. Your equiptment or machine will be sent directly from the manufacturing facility.

If your order is for a Sjolie Starter Kit, you will need to consider the 3-5 day processing time before your kit items are shipped.  All machines are built to order, meaning they will need 3 to 5 business days to be built prior to shipping out to your location. Depending on kit size, you can expect to receive 1-4 parcels upon delivery. You will receive 1 tracking number# for the items shipping directly from the Sjolie warehouse, and a 2nd tracking number# for your machine coming from the manufactures warehouse. Once your kit has completed the processing period, parcels are shipped via Ground shipping-estimating a 5-7 business day delivery time. Delivery time will fluctuate based on location, please refer to the map above for further delivery estimation. Sjolie is unable to expedite shipping on starter kit purchases.

In some cases there are pre-built machines that can ship same day. Please call our office prior to order, to check on stock levels if you need the machine shipped out the same day of order.

Understanding shipping days of transit: 

Most people who order packages online do not properly count the days of the week for shipping.  Both USPS and FedEx do not view Saturday and Sunday as “shipping days”.  Therefor,  if you order on a Monday with estimated “5 business days”, means your package will most likely be there the following week on Monday or Tuesday.

Another misconception is that most people will count the day they order as the 1st business day of shipping.  Fedex and USPS will count the following business day as the 1st day of transit,  not the day before when they pick up the package.   A quick example is that if you order on a Monday,  Day 1 in transit is technically Tuesday,  meaning a 3 day package will not arrive until Thursday.

 

International orders (outside USA) are packaged and shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the day the order was placed.  We require additional packing and shipping time as there are additional forms required to be able to ship outside of the USA.

Please add 2 to 3 days to your total time of shipment to better estimate the arrival of your package.

 

Guaranteed Package Times: 

FedEx and USPS provide “estimated time of arrival”, however are not guaranteed.   The ONLY guaranteed shipping option is FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2-DAY, and FedEx 3-DAY.

Need a package delivered on a weekend? Please contact us by phone 888-495-6064. Saturday shipping available by request ONLY. All orders placed online will have a delivery date of the following business day; including Overnight, 2-Day and standard shipping methods.

Shipping Refunds:  We only allow guaranteed package refunds on shipping cost if you select FedEx Overnight,  FedEx 2-DAY, or FedEx Express 3 Day, and the package does not reach your destination in time.

If your package was not at your location shown on the shipping address as promised through FedEx Express only, we will refund you the shipping amount.  Please contact help@sjolieinc.com to process your refund.  Include your First/Last Name,  along with your order#, and email used for placing your order.  We will then confirm and process your refund without any issues.
