What other Professionals say about our Mousse
I have been using Sjolie products for over a year and a half now and not only love every product, but the amazing team they have that provide the best customer service. My clients and one of my personal favorites, is the bronzing mousse! It’s buildable and gives the best brown color out of all the other self tanners I’ve tried on the market. I reapply every 3 days for consistent color and it fades evenly. My clients love that it doesn’t smell and gives the most natural looking tan. Highly recommend giving it a try if you are on the fence! It does not disappoint.

Sjolie’s Amplify Bronzing Mousse is one of my absolute favorite products. As a salon owner it’s tough to keep it in stock. During the Covid shut down the Mousse help supplement my depleting income. For personal use what more can I say…It’s lightweight and the bronzer looks like you came straight from the beach. If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out.

Common Client Concerns
My client has development in unwanted areas
Remind your client that they only want to apply the Mousse to areas that the sun would naturally hit. (i.e. avoiding the underarms and soles of feet and hands). If your client does have areas that the Mousse had over developed, have them use a warm washcloth and gently exfoliate those areas. Keep the skin hydrated by applying a quality (DHA Free) moisturizer after exfoliation.
My client notices small dark spots on areas like the legs and chest
It is very common for your pores to be larger in these areas. If the Mousse is applied too soon after a hot shower or exfoliating, it is likely that the bronzers in this product will settle into their pores and create a “freckled” look. Allow the tan to develop for a full 24 hours and take a warm shower with some Sjolie Body Wash to gently wash off the excess bronzers.
Tips to avoid for next time: Advise your client to shave, shower and exfoliate a minimum of 12 hours before applying the Mousse. This will give their body time to rest before application.
My client has dry skin
Just like any sunless service, hydrated skin will be essential! If your client is experiencing a dry or tightening feel after their initial rinse, simply have them apply a quality moisturizer or even our Tan Extend Lotion!

Bronzing Mousse Star Ingredients
Glycerin is a natural humectant, which allows this ingredient to act as a natural moisturizer. Because this ingredient provides such moisture to the skin, it can help prevent wrinkles, breakouts, and dry/cracked skin. In addition to providing hydration to the skin, Glycerin can also repair damaged skin, treat skin infections, and aids in repairing skin tissue and healing scars.
Working in conjunction with Glycerin, Propylene Glycol is also a hardworking humectant in our Bronzing Mousse! Propylene Glycol hydrates the skin without leaving the skin feeling sticky or wet, making it an acne-safe ingredient. By forming a protective film on the skin, P.C prevents water loss and promotes deeper absorption for other key ingredients.
