Domestic Orders (within the United States of America) are shipped Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 3 PM PST, excluding holidays. Processing and Transit days refer to weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders require a processing time of 1-3 business days before shipment and are processed in the order they have been received. Accumulation of orders from the weekend may require additional processing time.
  • Starter Kits & Equipment can take up to 5 business days before shipment.
  • International orders (outside the USA) are typically packaged and shipped within 5 business days from the date of order placement. Additional packing and shipping time is required due to the necessary documentation for international shipments.

We can confirm shipments to the following locations: Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. For inquiries about your location and shipping available, please email and include your shipping address, the items you wish to purchase, and your EORI, Tax ID, or VAT for verification. Failure to provide your ID information may result in delayed or declined customs clearance. Sjolie is not responsible for any clearance delays or fees.

All international orders are subject to duty fees and taxes, which will be invoiced separately. Sjolie Sunless is not responsible for these charges, and we cannot predict which orders will incur them. Duty fees and taxes are not included in the shipping costs provided by Sjolie Sunless when placing your order.

We urge you to contact a representative via email or phone to complete your international order. We cannot guarantee you accurate shipping fees through the online shop; additional fees may be required before shipping your order. When you place an international order with a representative, we will make sure that you receive the lowest available shipping rate, including expedited options.

Shipments are delivered from Monday through Friday by USPS or FedEx. Please note that couriers do not consider Saturday and Sunday as “shipping days.” Therefore, if you place an order on a Monday with an estimated “5 business day” delivery time, your package will likely arrive during the following week.

Couriers consider the first business day after the package is picked up as the official start of transit. They do not count the day your order was placed as a shipping day. It’s important to refer to our shipping map for estimated transit times. However, please note that these times are not guaranteed and may vary.

For more specific information about transit times to your location, we recommend referring to our shipping map. It will provide an estimation of the delivery timeframe, but please keep in mind that these times are subject to change and are not guaranteed.

We offer several expedited shipping methods for customers who require guaranteed delivery within a short timeframe. We highly recommend contacting our team for assistance in placing an expedited order to ensure accurate delivery time and pricing. Starter Kits cannot be expedited.

Here are the expedited shipping options available:

  1. FedEx 2Day – Delivered within 2 business days before 8 pm.
  2. FedEx Standard Overnight – Delivered within 1 business day before 8 pm.
  3. FedEx Priority Overnight – Delivered within 1 business day before 12 pm.

Please note that these delivery times do not include weekends or holidays as shipping days. If you need your order delivered on a weekend, kindly contact us before placing your order. Saturday shipping is available upon request, but it must be arranged through a representative.

We are committed to providing you with the best and most effective products. However, we understand that issues may arise with your deliveries. Rest assured, we will collaborate with the courier to address any problems and resolve them promptly.

If you encounter a lost, damaged, or incorrect shipment, we are here to assist you. Please visit our Returns Page and submit a ticket accordingly, providing all the necessary details. Our team will promptly review your case and work towards a resolution. Please report all delivery issues promptly; failure to do so within our 30-day Policy will void all resolution opportunity.

Depending on the size of your purchase, it is possible to receive multiple parcels. To track your shipment, you will receive a Master Tracking Number for the entire order. Simply open this tracking number in your browser and look for the “Multi-Piece Shipment” section to locate your secondary tracking numbers.

For example, Starter kits typically consist of 2-3 parcels, while Tanning Tents will always be shipped in their own separate box due to their size.

In the case of Drop Shipped Items, specifically machines and equipment, you will receive a secondary Master Tracking Number from the manufacturer. We will email this tracking number to you as quickly as possible for your convenience.

Please note that Sjolie Sunless keeps minimal stock of Equipment and Machines, as most machines are built to order. Therefore, a processing time of 3-5 days should be expected before your item is shipped. It’s important to know that your equipment or machine will be sent directly from the manufacturing facility, which is referred to as a DropShip.
