General Purchasing Information

  • Domestic Orders (within the United States of America) are shipped Monday – Friday between 8 AM – 3 PM PST.  These hours will be affected by Holidays.
  • Orders will have a 1-3 day processing time before shipment. This include business days only, weekends and holidays will not be considered a processing day.
  • Monday’s are a high volume shipping day for Sjolie. Orders accumulated on these days will be shipped in the order they’ve been received. For Example, if you’ve placed an order on Saturday-you can expect to receive a tracking number no later than Wednesday evening.
  • The first shipping day is considered the following business day from when your order is assigned a tracking number. Meaning, if your order was received, packaged, and assigned a tracking number on Thursday and estimates a 2-day ship time, the first day will begin on Friday. You will most likely receive your order Monday or Tuesday at the latest of the following week.
  • For damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments, please refer to the Returns Policy page.

Understanding Days of Transit 

USPS and FedEx couriers do not view Saturday and Sunday as “shipping days”.  Therefore,  if your order placed on a Monday has an estimated “5 business day” delivery time, your package will most likely be there the following week on Monday or Tuesday.

Couriers will count the following business day as the 1st day of transit,  not the day before when they pick up the package. Couriers do NOT consider the day your order was placed as a shipping day. A quick example is that if you order on a Monday,  Day 1 in transit is technically Tuesday,  meaning a 3-day package will not arrive until Thursday.

International Orders

International Orders must be placed with a representative via email or phone. The Sjolie Website is unable to complete international orders at this time. When completing an International Order with a representative, we can guarantee you’ll receive the lowest shipping rate available, this includes expedited orders. To complete your purchase, please email help@sjolieinc.com and include your shipping address, the items requested for purchase, and your TaxID or VAT. We cannot ship any orders without a provided TaxID or VAT.

International orders (outside the USA) are packaged and shipped within 5 business days from the day the order was placed.  We require additional packing and shipping time as there are additional forms required to be able to ship outside of the USA.

All International Orders are subject to Duty Fees and Taxes. These charges are distributed in the form of a Bill. Sjolie Sunless is not held responsible for these charges nor can we determine which orders will receive the fees. Duty Fees and Taxes are not included within your shipping costs provided by Sjolie Sunless when placing your order.

At this time, we can confirm shipments to the following locations are allowed: Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. To inquire about your location and shipping availability, email help@sjolieinc.com and include your shipping address, the items requested for purchase, and your TaxID or VAT for verification.

Purchasing Equipment, Machines, and Kits

Sjolie houses minimal stock of Equipment and Machines, most machines are built to order. You can expect a 3-5 day processing time before your item ships. Your equipment or machine will be sent directly from the manufacturing facility, this is considered a DropShip.

If you’ve placed an order for a Sjolie Starter Kit, you will need to consider the 3-5 day processing time before your kit items are shipped. Depending on kit size, you can expect to receive 1-4 shipment parcels. You will receive an individual tracking number for the items shipping directly from the Sjolie warehouse, and additional tracking number tracking for your machine coming from the manufacturer’s warehouse. Once your kit has completed the processing period, parcels are shipped via Ground shipping-estimating a 5-7 business day delivery time. Delivery time will fluctuate based on location. Sjolie is unable to expedite shipping of starter kit purchases.

In some cases, there are pre-built machines which can ship the same day. You will need to contact the Sjolie office to determine if your machine of choice is available for same day shipping.

Expedited Shipping Methods and Guarantees

Couriers will provide an “estimated time of arrival”; however, these times are not guaranteed. The ONLY guaranteed shipping option is FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight and FedEx 2DAY.

Need a package delivered on a weekend? Please contact us by phone at 888-495-6064. Saturday shipping is available by request ONLY. All orders placed online will have a delivery date of the following business day, including expedited orders.

Holidays may affect expedited shipments. Observed Holidays include but are not limited to MLK day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. If you are attempting to place an expedited order during holiday time, we highly recommend contacting our office to ensure your package is delivered in the time needed.

Lost or Stolen, Damaged and Incorrect Shipments

Sjolie Sunless strives to deliver you the best and most effective product but we understand there may be issues with your deliveries. For assistance with a lost, damaged or incorrect shipment, please refer to the Returns Page and file a claim immediately.

All product and equipment are valid for return or exchange within 30 days from the day you receive your products via delivery confirmation date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, your order is outside our return policy date and are no longer eligible for return. This 30 Day return policy includes assistance with Lost or Stolen Packages.
