Processing & Transit Times

Standard Orders

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and ship in the order they’re received. Weekend orders may require additional processing time due to volume.

Starter Kits & Equipment

Kits and machines can take up to 5 business days to process before shipment. Most equipment is built to order and ships directly from the manufacturing facility.

Business Shipping Hours

Our shipping team operates Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 3 PM PST, excluding holidays. All orders are packed and dispatched during this window. Processing and transit times refer to business days only — weekends and holidays are not counted.

Transit Estimates

Couriers count the first business day after pickup as Day 1. Deliveries run Monday–Friday only. Refer to our shipping map for estimated transit times to your area — these are estimates, not guarantees.

We recommend contacting our team to place expedited orders to ensure accurate delivery time and pricing. Starter Kits cannot be expedited.

Processing Time

International orders are typically packaged and shipped within 5 business days. Additional time is required for customs documentation.

Duties & Taxes

All international orders are subject to duty fees and taxes, invoiced separately. Sjolie cannot predict or include these charges in your order total.

ID Requirements

Please include your EORI, Tax ID, or VAT number with your order. Failure to provide this may result in delayed or declined customs clearance.

We recommend contacting a representative to place international orders. We’ll ensure you receive the lowest available rate, including expedited options — online checkout rates may not be accurate.

After You Order

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a Master Tracking Number for your entire order. If your order ships in multiple parcels, open the tracking link and look for the “Multi-Piece Shipment” section to find secondary tracking numbers.

Multi-Parcel Shipments

Larger orders like Starter Kits (2–3 parcels) and Tanning Tents (separate box) may arrive in multiple packages. Each will have its own tracking number under your Master Tracking link.

Drop-Shipped Equipment

Machines and equipment ship directly from the manufacturing facility. You’ll receive a secondary Master Tracking Number from the manufacturer by email as soon as it’s available.

Issues With Your Delivery?

If your shipment is lost, damaged, or incorrect, visit our Returns Page and submit a ticket with all relevant details. Please report delivery issues within 30 days — our team will review your case promptly.
