The Warehouse Associate will work under the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, including shipping orders, receiving deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. This role requires a dependable team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and consistently maintain a positive attitude. Balancing the tasks of generating new leads and fostering existing relationships, the Warehouse Associate will play a key role in driving business growth.
Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. repeatedly.
• Comfortable with repetitive movements such as stooping, kneeling, bending, and squatting for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counts.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow company policies and safety protocols at all times.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and effectively.
• Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
