If the package is consistent with the amount of products that should be in the box (meaning, no items are missing) we will be unable to process your claim successfully.In the event the package weight differs from the expected weight of the complete order, we will ship your missing items immediately same day via 3 to 5 day ground service or you can choose to receive a refund back to your credit card or paypal account.Tips:Many times customers will misplace an item in the package as they are small, or hidden in the protective filling.
