Fuji Spray Tan Machines & Fuji Spray Gun — Professional HVLP Turbines for Every Studio
Equip your spray tan business with Fuji spray tan machines — the industry standard in HVLP turbine technology for sunless tanning professionals. Built in Canada by Fuji Spray, these spray tan turbines combine Heat Dissipation Box cooling, precision-balanced motors, and patented soundproofing to deliver consistent airflow and whisper-quiet operation session after session. Choose from three turbine tiers — the ultra-portable soloTAN for mobile artists and home studios, the versatile studioTAN for moderate-volume salons, or the whisper-quiet salonTAN for high-volume studios spraying up to 40 clients per day. Pair any turbine with the all-metal TAN7350 applicator for classic durability or the next-generation FT-5 applicator for improved atomization and effortless pattern control. Every Fuji spray tan machine is tested with Sjolie solutions for optimal performance and backed by a manufacturer warranty, giving you professional-grade equipment you can rely on from your first client to your busiest day.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fuji Spray Tan Machines
The three Fuji turbines are tiered by daily capacity and features. The soloTAN weighs 5 pounds and handles up to 10 tans per day — ideal for new artists and mobile work. The studioTAN weighs 14 pounds with a mounted gun holder and handles 20 tans per day — perfect for growing salons and mobile technicians. The salonTAN weighs 23 pounds with patented soundproofing technology, operates at just 56 decibels, and handles 40 tans per day — built for high-volume studios that prioritize a quiet, premium client experience.
No. All three Fuji turbines — the soloTAN, studioTAN, and salonTAN — are sold as turbine units only. You will need to purchase an applicator and hose separately. Both the TAN7350 and FT-5 applicators are compatible with all three turbines. If you prefer a complete ready-to-spray setup, check our Starter Kits category which bundles a turbine, applicator, hose, and Sjolie solutions together.
The TAN7350 is an all-metal applicator with a lightweight alloy body, 0.8mm stainless steel air cap set, Ergonomic Stay Cool Handle, and rear-mounted fan pattern control. The FT-5 is the next generation with a high-quality polymer body, improved air passage technology for finer atomization, top-mounted fan pattern control for easier mid-session adjustments, and included 150cc and 250cc solution cups. Both feature stainless steel fluid passages and work with all Fuji turbines.
Noise levels vary by model. The soloTAN operates at 75 decibels, the studioTAN at 79 decibels, and the salonTAN at just 56 decibels — similar to an electric toothbrush. The salonTAN achieves this whisper-quiet level through patented soundproofing technology and a specifically balanced 2-stage motor, making it the quietest spray tan turbine on the market.
Heat Dissipation Box is Fuji Spray's innovative cooling system featured on all three turbines. The turbine case incorporates evenly distributed holes that remove excess heat during operation without creating additional noise or blowing dust into your workspace. This technology keeps the motor running cooler, extends its lifespan, and maintains consistent airflow even during back-to-back spray tan sessions.
Yes. The soloTAN at 5 pounds is the most portable option and is designed specifically for mobile artists and home studios. The studioTAN at 14 pounds with its mounted gun holder is also practical for mobile work while offering double the daily capacity. The salonTAN at 23 pounds is heavier and best suited as a stationary studio machine, though some technicians do transport it for high-volume on-location events.
Yes. Every Fuji turbine and applicator is tested with Sjolie spray tan solutions for optimal performance. The combination of Fuji's HVLP airflow and Sjolie's DHA formulations delivers consistent spray patterns, fine atomization, and even coverage. No special settings or adjustments are needed — simply pour your Sjolie solution into the cup and spray as normal.
After each spray tan session, fill an empty solution cup with warm water and optionally add Sjolie Gun Cleaning Solution. Run the cleaning solution through the applicator until the water runs clear of any brown solution remnants. Alternatively, remove the solution cup, hold the gun upside down, and run water from a faucet through the solution tube until it runs clear. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for monthly deep cleanings to maintain optimal performance.
The soloTAN comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. The studioTAN and salonTAN both come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. All turbines are made in Canada by Fuji Spray, a manufacturer with decades of HVLP spray technology experience. Applicators are covered under their own warranty terms included with purchase.
Standard Fuji turbines are built for North American 110-volt power. International turbines that require 220 volts must be specially ordered through a Sjolie representative. Contact help@sjolieinc.com to request a quote for an international voltage turbine. All other specifications remain the same regardless of voltage configuration.
