This luxurious, unscented cream helps blend, minimize, and prevent the development of DHA on unwanted areas such as cuticles, elbows, knees, and other dry, callused body parts, which often develop dark or uneven. Unlike over-the-counter lotions, this Barrier Cream does not contain transfer-prone oils that can compromise your spray tan.

Apply a generous amount of Barrier Cream to the cuticles, palms, and soles of the feet; the cream should be visibly thick. For dry or mature skin, apply a thin layer to the elbows, knees, and ankles, allowing it to absorb slightly. When the spray tan is complete, gently wipe away the Barrier Cream using a clean towel.
When applying, remember that a thin product layer will create a subtle effect and let some DHA development take place on the skin. In areas where no DHA development is wanted, apply generously for maximum protection.
Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower Seed Oil) is rich in beneficial fatty acids like linolenic acid, which can help to improve hydration and prevent dry skin. Even on the most sensitive and acne-prone skin, this ingredient will help moisturize without leaving behind a heavy, oily feel.
Butyrospermum Parkii (shea) Butter is highly nourishing and rich in fatty acids and vitamins A and E to keep the skin soft and supple while reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
